Answer: At checkout, you will be asked to choose your preferred method of delivery. 1) By email. We automatically email you a pdf of the Gift Voucher free of charge for you to forward to the recipient's email address or print out and give to them, at your convenience. 2) By post. We can post your Gift Voucher to a UK address only. There is an additional charge for this service, which will be displayed before you make your purchase. Gift Vouchers are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class post in a gift envelope or a gift box. Please allow up to seven days for delivery by post. When you choose delivery by post, we also send a pdf version of the Gift Voucher to your email address at the time of purchase, so you can print it or forward it to the recipient if the paper version doesn't arrive in time.

Question: How do I print my Gift Voucher?
Answer: A PDF of your Gift Voucher will be emailed to you. You can then open this file and print the PDF.
Question: Can I have a VAT receipt for my Gift Voucher?
Answer: We do not supply VAT receipts on Gift Voucher sales, but we can issue VAT receipts on redemption of the Gift Voucher.
Question: Are Gift Vouchers refundable?
Answer: No, we do not offer refunds for any of our Gift Vouchers other than within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, as long as the Gift Vouchers have not been used.
